Martin Main Line Dealership is a great place to purchase a car. The cars I saw online were already discounted which was good. I also tried to get shop sales price reduced but Derrick, a dilegent and well informed sales person made it impossible for me to go elsewhere.. it was a great buy but I think the scratches on the tire rims should have been repaired and will certainly appreciate it if they call me back to fix them. I got to meet other awesome managers like David who made the sales possible.

There are a few problems yet to be remedied but they are more than willing to attempt to solve them.

Gokhan went above and beyond with helping me choose and get approved for my new vehicle. I would recommend Gokhan to everybody.

Online advertised price for my Honda Ridgeline was $39,930.00. At point of sale, they tried to add on the cost of ceramic coat & wheel locks done by dealer. $599.00 & 199.00, respectively. Told them they price they stated on line was 39,930.00 not more. They took off the wheel locks AND NEVER SAID A WORD about doing it. Also the truck had a scratch on the door handle. Just asked for touch up paint for it. Said it would be mailed to me. 6 weeks later I still haven’t received it. Two phone calls to salesman Fischetti have gone unreturned.

Sold me a broken car when I tried to go back 3 days later they said the car only had engine warranty and nothing else. It was only 3 days and they were acting like they didn’t know who I was. They lost me and my dad, who needed a car, as customer for treating me like xxxx. They charge me 290 just to tell me my car had a problem they couldn’t find and that I had to warranty. Horrible customer service and above everything horrible people. Don’t buy there.

Please with vehicle but experience of purchase and pick up was very poor. They were not ready for our arrival, took way longer than we were told they would and we were not cared for well during the process.

They offered a 10 day hold on check to pay the car in full so we could transfer money into our account then tried to cash it immediately. the check obviously bounced causing late charges and upset. Called to get an explanation and never heard from them. Customer service is non existent. Once they get your money they don’t care how they treat you. Shop at another dealer.

The salesman was helpful but he told me it would be detailed and we are still finding trash in pockets. He also said they wouldn't remove anything when I looked at it and there were no mats when I brought the car home. They also were 'unsure' of the interest rate and said the standard was 8% and when I finally saw my terms when I got home it was 9.44. Several staff aren’t good at responding (except Helena) and condescending regarding questions/concerns about functions and service matters in my new HR-V. My salesman Corrado was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His information helped me make the final decision to purchase a Honda CRV Hybrid. He and the Dave Barracka helped immensely with our finance decisions and extended warranty purchases. When I returned a week later for the mud flap installation, the service dept was incredibly nice and helpful. Very happy that this will be my long term dealership.

Derrick was good. I often felt pressured. The car was not correctly prepared ( no windshield wiper). Otherwise, not bad. I’ve gotten cars here before.

We have leased cars from them multiple times and they are always very pleasant going out of their way to help us. We deal mainly with Mitch Lasman, our salesman, who has been outstanding, and we always go back to him.

Pretty straight forward purchasing process at Main Line Honda. Used the Costco pricing referral. A few hiccups with with delivery info (purchased a car that was on order, car was delivered a week late (not sure why, no info was provided). Overall though, would buy again from this dealer.
