Very disappointing and dangerous experience at Martin Honda a few days ago. I went in for an oil change and a couple hours after drop off received a call that my car was ready. Odd. I almost never get a call to come pick up my car without a laundry list of recommendations. But that’s fine. I don’t need the up sell anyway. The sale process went well, but within the first week the car has had multiple issues (broken side mirror and check engine light) and will have to go back in for service. I feel as if I was knowingly sold a car with hidden issues. EDIT: Martin made good on both of these issues. While I wish I hadn't had the issues, the dealership resolved them professionally.

Purchase part went well, but soon after the purchase I sent an email I still haven't got a reply and it's been exactly a week

Bought a certified vehicle. Was told after I signed everything they only had one key fob. When it is necessary to have 2 to certify a vehicle. I know this from being a Honda tech. Came back a week later to get my number 2 key fob, which they had to 'order'. Bring in for key fob. Told will take an hour. Wait the hour and then some. I would advice no one to go there. It is an on going horror movie.
We walked in and met Helena and were told that the vehicle I was looking at had been sold the evening before. She then showed us an equivalent car. She explained all of the gadgets that were new to us old folks. She offered us a test drive, however we declined because the traffic in Ardmore was nuts. We all went inside and took care of the business end of things and arranged to meet the following day to finalize the deal.
Good Service Dept. Poor Sales Dept, especially Marius Krawiec, who was condescending, insulting, made false accusations & neglected to admit damage to my pending purchase. With me having over 30 years loyalty with Martin Mainline Honda and over $65,000 in purchases & maintenance, such integrity should have been taken into consideration. Hence, I do not feel valued as a customer. Some need training! No one -- especially those with a high credit score, wants to spend their money & time with a smug, direspectful salesperson. Regarding Finance, my cost & term is extremely high for a used basic car.

Wonderful service. The sales team is professional. The attentive to our needs. The sales person made sure we knew how things work in our new car.
No pressure felt Liked allowance of driving vehicle without salesperson in car. I would have liked more time spent going over things in car. The tech person was good not all of it was so quick. I did watch tutorials at home but would have preferred better explanations before leaving. It is hard to think of questions to ask when you don't really know what the car offers.
This is the third car we have purchased there and have always been happy with the choice

Andre Woods and Martin Main Line Honda are utterly unresponsive to customer follow-up. Once you drive the care off the dealer lot, they no longer care about customer satisfactions. Unfortunately Andrew Woods changed a very positive purchase experience of Main Line Honda to simply terrible. This attitude is one certain way to ensure that customers DO NOT come back.

DO NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I experienced multiple warning lights come on just days after purchase. Although a resolution was promised - there has been no resolution or communication. I bought the vehicle with a reasonable expectation that it was at least a safe car to drive.
I really enjoyed working Tahir. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed doing business with Main Line Honda because of Tahir.

I have been associated with the dealership for 13 years. Most of my experience has been good and consistent. Claude is green and could use a little more charisma. However, he tries hard. Andre is well verse at what he does, could be a little more opened minded. Overall, my experience was good and I will continue to be loyal to the location.

We believe we overpaid for the car. They did not follow the Costco program and the snuck in an extra unadvertised $699 fee for Resistall. We do not believe we got a good deal. Our salesman was not Tahir. It was Hope. We have submitted a complaint to the Costco auto buying program.
