Very disappointing and dangerous experience at Martin Honda a few days ago. I went in for an oil change and a couple hours after drop off received a call that my car was ready. Odd. I almost never get a call to come pick up my car without a laundry list of recommendations. But that’s fine. I don’t need the up sell anyway. But when I picked up my car, the attached paperwork said my left break caliper was broke and that it’s very dangerous to drive without the repair. I go back in to the service department to ask questions because no one had any conversations with me about needing this repair. I was told my service agent Rudy was gone for the day but would call me the next day with more information. Nothing. So after giving it the day I call and leave a message for a manager to get more information. Nothing. I have been a customer here for many years. The one time I need a repair that could be serious and the ball is dropped and there’s no follow-up despite my inquiries. This could have been a liability issue if I hadn’t found it odd that I wasn’t told about any recommendations and decided to review the last page in my 5 page packet of info returned to me. I rarely go through the packet. Well Martin Honda has lost a service customer. And a potential sales customer. My car is 10 years old and I was considering a new car. I suppose another dealership that takes time and care with this customers will get my business.

The sale process went well, but within the first week the car has had multiple issues (broken side mirror and check engine light) and will have to go back in for service. I feel as if I was knowingly sold a car with hidden issues.

I meant to say 4, everything was avg or slightly above Salesman was good, knowable and direct.

Always friendly and professional. Also honest, helpful and willing to provide great support and advice.

Purchase part went well, but soon after the purchase I sent an email I still haven't got a reply and it's been exactly a week

It was fine. Haven't heard any follow up since I purchased the car on August 27th. Had issues at the Dealership setting up Honda Link app but no one followed up
