IN THIS SAME WEEK I PUCHASED A NEW 2012 HOND CIVIC FOR MYSELF. MR ALLAN HALL WAS MY SALES REP. BUYING A NEW CAR ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE A STRESSFUL EVENT. BUT NOT WITH MR. HALL. HE ASKED QUESTIONS ON WHAT MY CAR NEEDS WHERE, AND MADE SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS TO WHAT MIGHT FILL MY NEEDS. HE HAD READY FOR ME SEVERAL CARS SO I COULD CHOOSE THE TRIM AND COLOR. WE TEST DROVE A COUPLE CARS. MR. HALL SHOWED ME ALL THE GREAT FEATURES AND HOW TO OPERATE THEM, WITH SKILL OF AN COLLEGE PROFESSOR. HE HEPLED ME GET A" FANTASTIC PRICE. Everyone knows that buying a new car is no small feat. Personally its one of my least favorite things to do, however I just bought a new Honda CRV, and not only am I more than satisfied with my purchase, I felt the need to share additional details about my experience at Main Line Honda.
From the moment I entered the lobby, I found myself being immediatly greated by friendly faces. The staff at Main Line Honda graciously took the time and patience to listen to my needs and help assist me to find the right vehicle for the right price. I had the pleasure of browsing the lot and test driving multiple vehicles with sales rep. Allan Hall, who not only proved to be very personable and knowledgable but extremely professional. At no point in time did I feel that sterotypical "car salesmen pressure," that I am sure we can all relate to on some level. I was able to take my time, encouraged to ask questions, allowed time to vent concerns and most importantly I was never passed off for another customer. I took notice that the entire staff at Main Line Honda take pride in customer service and satisfaction. I had the pleasure of completing my sale with Patrick in finance, who could not have been more genuine and professional. Patrick patiently took the time to explain all the intricate details and address all of my questions and concerns. At the end of the day, this was a wonderful experience. Great car buying experience!
I bought a 2012 Civic from Main Line Honda in July. I couldn't be happier with my new car or the service I received. I love how much technology is built into the car - my favorite part is the Econ button which has gotten me over 40 mpgs on the highway! My salesman Joe was great and never tried to sell me something I didn't need. He took time out of his day to to show me all the features of the car and answer my many questions, even though I didn't leave until an hour after closing. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I would definitely go back again!
